Every thing you read about nutrition and fitness these days tells you that a high level of antioxidants in your diet is the key to good health.  One of the best sources is the acai berry.  You can fight fatigue, stave off diseases, and lose weight just by supplementing your diet with the berry, juice, or supplements.  Side effects with acai are non-existent. 

There are no more side effects of adding it to your diet than there would be in adding any other fruit or vegetable.  That is, unless you consider not being as hungry or losing weight a side effect!   If you want a supplement that really works, acai is the way to go.

One way to know I can do that is by taking supplements that are complete with everything I need. I have been doing some research, and after a lot of studying, I think my favorite choice is the acai berry. The antioxidant levels in that one little berry are higher than any other known fruit in the world. It also has so many other nutrients that it is one of the most complete foods to eat.
